The New Era of The Hearing Room!

Going back 3 years, The Hearing Room opened its doors at 119 Chelmsford Street in Lowell, MA. It was founded on this fundamental premise: that the creative spirit is the best of humanity, it exists in everyone and there is never enough of it around.
We strive to be a destination that offers a space for creators of original works to share and collaborate with one another in an informal, accessible environment.
Since the beginning, The Hearing Room has met challenges head on, in being a distictly different vein than other venues. The Hearing Room serves up an intimate connection between performer and audience, as opposed to fast food and beer. (There's nothing wrong with both fast food and beer, by the way - there are other places that do that very well!)
The Hearing Room is in transition to become an established 501 (c)(3) non-profit, with documentation filed, and working with an established organization that helps music venues achieve this status. It does take time, and delays by the unprecedented government shutdown recently - has exacerbated the timeline.
However, as of June 1, 2019 - the current funding for The Hearing Room will be exhausted.
That's the catalyst for the writing of this campaign:

Please volunteer your time, and your financial resources to keep The Hearing Room alive.
I've organized this campaign in an effort to have this venue continue to offer one of the most unique environments, programming, and creative outlet to the community.
