The Maerten's house fire fund
Donation protected
At 2:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, December 17th, the Maerten's house caught on fire. Luckily, a friend that was staying the night smelled the smoke and woke the daughter of the family up. They were able to wake everyone else up, including grandma who was also staying there, and get out before anyone got hurt.
They were also able to get their dog out but did lose their cat. The house is completely burnt down and they only escaped with the clothes on their backs, not even shoes!
Both of their vehicles are completely totalled as well. They will need clothing, vehicles, and prayers to heal from this.
The fire is added on top of a cancer diagnosis, and their oldest child graduating soon and college expenses on the rise. If you are able to, anything will help.
