The loss of Barbara Bowman: helping Katie

My dear friend, Katie Bowman, defines selflessness and kindness. She has lived with her single mother, Barbara, and no other siblings, her entire life. Barbara has been sick as long as I can remember and Katie has stayed home well in to her 20’s to care for her. She recently passed away and Katie’s place of employment isn’t granting her sick leave. The money raised will be essential to funeral/memorial costs and to give Katie the ability to be home and grieve during this nightmare of a time.
