As many of you may know, my brother, Jake Ruddy's remains were discovered after a year long search. While this news came as a devasting blow to my family and me, we have a beacon of hope in Jake's three year old son, Grayson.
We know that there is nothing we can do to replace Jake in Grayson's life, but it is our hopes that we can lessen the financial burden of being raised by a single parent. Jake will not be around to see Grayson's soccer games or take him to Disney World or take him school clothes shopping, but we want more than anything to make sure Grayson still has the opportuntity to do all of those things and so much more.
That is why in lieu of flowers or sympathy cards we ask you to please donate to this gofundme. All of the money raised here will go into a savings account to be used to enrich Grayson's life in whatever way he may need in the years to come.
