The husband who was the sole provider for family

3 weeks after celebrating the birth of their son, 29 year old Walter Cardenas as the sole provider for his family, experienced a sudden brain bleed on his brain stem which put him into a coma within 20 mins.  Emergency surgery was performed which relived the pressure on the brain stem, however, the damage to the brain stem may be severe. He hasn’t woken up in days after the surgery and shows little neurological activity.   His condition is dire per the surgeon and his wife and 5 children are barely holding it together with the anticipation of Walter not only waking up, but not having permanent disabilities such as blindness, or paralysis. According to the surgeon, a small tumor was discovered on Walters brain stem at the site of the brain bleed. We are trying to raise enough funds to alleviate the immediate financial burden to support the family with basic needs such as rent, food, utilities etc....as they endure the emotional agony of Walters unknown immediate future. If you’re not able to contribute financially, we ask for as many prayers as we can beg for to bring Walter back healthy for his wife and 5 children, 2 of which have Autism, from ages 12 years old to 3 weeks. Walter was a doting engaged husband taking his kids to school before work as they were his whole life.  Please share and we thank anyone and everyone that contributes any amount of money  for this family in the most dire situation that any family could ever imagine. We don’t  want the family to worry about how they are going to pay the rent and support the children as they are in emotional turmoil. Family has gathered together hoping and praying for not only Walters survival but being able to return to his wife and children.
