I am reaching out to the many friends of the Callery and Simpson family in an effort to help them lay Kevin to rest, one less thing that they have to worry about in the midst of this nightmare. The Callery Family has many friends and they have touched many lives throughout the years. Kevin was the brother of Sue Callery Simpson, ED RN at Overlook and Mountainside Hospitals, as well as a volunteer EMT with Verona and Montclair Volunteer Ambulance Unit. Her husband, Jamie, is the Chief of Montclair VAU. Please consider helping this incredible family through this tragedy. We must always remember to take care of each other.

Kevin J. Callery Jr, 31, passed away unexpectedly on August 9, 2017. These words seem nearly impossible to write and even more so to accept. In the absence of his laughter and light, stands a grieving family devastated by the reality of their darkest nightmare. It is their hope to lay him to rest and remember the amazing soul that blessed so many. Donations made will help pay tribute to a life taken too soon and cover the funeral expenses.

The family asks that Kevin be remembered by the many ways he blessed the lives of those he loved. His memory will live on as the amazing brother, son, uncle, and friend.
