(UPDATE ) We're sending our host, IX Mendoza to the UK! He's been invited to attend several festivals and will be interviewing new and older bands all over the islands, including: Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Brighton, London, Dublin, Belfast, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Blackpool (where he'll be attending the Legendary REBELLION FEST). WE REALLY NEED CONTRIBUTIONS TO KEEP THIS GOING AND FLOW WITH THE MOMENTUM!
Our tiny operation is quickly gaining a great reputation and being welcomed and asked for by artists and managers and festival promoters alike. We've been granted very intimate and exclusive access to many and hope to do much, much more.
Much of this has to do with the fact we are all volunteers and accept NO ADVERTISEMENTS OR CORPORATE INFLUENCES. This keeps our reporting free of outside pressures, which is a key element we feel has been lost in today's money driven journalism. We have feedback from our guests who say they like this as well because we are in this for the love of it, NOT for personal or monetary gain.
Alas, much of our equipment and editing gear is getting so outdated, it's not supported by current software and unusable or is just falling apart. New iMac with editing software for video and sound. New Digital Video Camera, Shoulder stabilizer, Portable Sound Gear.
