Thank you gift for Art Silver

Art Silver recently retired from the City of College Park Department of Public Works after 19 years of service. During that time, Art has helped out the NCPCA by locking the doors at Davis Hall after every meeting, and gone above and beyond in service to our neighborhood’s residents. We are taking a collection to get Art a nice gift to show appreciation for his service. Every little bit helps!
