Teenager in Need of Heart Operation

Abdullah needs heart saving operation as Doctors have told him his heart needs valve replacement as soon as possible. However Abdullah is an orphan who has no regular means of income. Abdullah's father passed away when he was only three. He lives in a village in Pakistan in his maternal uncle's house with his mother and siblings.
His mother and sister earn living by sewing cloths but can not afford the full cost of his operation. Doctors have asked for 600,000 Rupees (Local currency) but his Mom and Sisters life saving is only 200,000 so they still need 400,000 Rupees which is approximately £2500 GBP. They really need help to save Abdullah's life. Doctors have warned that if left untreated (God forbid) his heart can enlarge and Doctors will not be able to save his life.
