TEEN OPEN HEART SURGERY IN NEED

At age 8 my nephew was diagnosed with Rheumatic Fever after an undiagnosed strep throat. His own immune system started to attack his aortic valve and cause life threatening heart damage. My nephew, Thomas Casey has made it this far with his God given valve but the time has come... and here we go. The "Ross Procedure" is required to save his life. The "Ross Procedure" (or pulmonary autograft) is a cardiac surgery operation where a diseased aortic valve is replaced with the person's own pulmonary valve. A pulmonary allograft (valve taken from a cadaver) is then used to replace the patient's own pulmonary valve. This procedure will take place ASAP on January 31st ' 2017 in Denver, CO.
     Thomas' family is in need of financial assistance ASAP. Expensive airplane tickets, rental cars, hotel stays, and food all add up.
