Our friend, Tara Pannell has been battling cancer for the last 6 years. Tara has done everything her doctors and oncologists have requested and has participated in ongoing chemotherapy. The chemotherapy has provided some temporary halting of the cancer at the same time the aggressive chemotherapy treatment has also wiped out her immune system . Tara's system is now treating the chemotherapy like a foreign invader and is resistant to traditional chemotherapy treatment.
Tara has also sought out care at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance without success.
To further aggravate her situation Tara is the primary breadwinner and single mother to her autistic 8 year old daughter, Toni that needs round the clock careful attention and specialized services.
