Flexible Seating for Team Strickler

I ditched our desks and I am plunging into flexible seating in my classroom this year.  It will encourage group and partner work, as well as peer discussion during lessons- all of which we do tons of throughout the day on Team Strickler. I believe this choice-driven layout will encourage ownership, responsibiliy, self-awareness as learners, and improved concentration.  Flexible seating can also give the students a feeling of freedom while we explore, discuss, and discover the world of knowledge together. I am hoping to reduce my out-of-pocket cost on the chance that some of you may be willing to donate to this awesome cause.  For Team Strickler!
