With the diagnosis of lymphoma, Ron will need extensive treatment. Ron was admitted into Anne Arundel Medical Center on March 23, 2017 and transferred to The Johns Hopkins Hospital on March 24, 2017. While there, Ron had many test and began his treatment to start attacking the lymphoma. Ron had his first session of chemotherapy on Wednesday, April 5, 2017. Ron will be treated with five (5) additional sessions of chemotherapy to shrink the tumor and hopefully, rid his body of the lymphoma cancer. In addition, Ron will have several sessions of physical therapy to strengthen his hip and return to walking unassisted.
Although Ron has medical insurance, there are many unexpected expenses that medical insurance will not cover. Ron will continue to need several medications and assistive devises to aide in his recovery. Any support that you may provide is greatly appreciated. All donations will go directly to Ron’s medical expenses, medicines, and anything else needed during his recovery.
Ron and family would like to thank everyone for their continued support. The outpouring of love shown by everyone through this time has been nothing short of amazing and words can't express how much it is appreciated. #TeamRon has really shown up and shown out. Ron wants you to know that he loves you all and he is thankful for each and every thought, prayer, call, text, and any other way you have shown your love, care and concern during this time!!!!
