BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT w/ a RARE DISEASE

Christine DeGryse was diagnosed summer of 2016 with a rare medical disease. This resulted in her vision loss and kidney failure. This debilitating disease has turned her world upside down and impacted her career and ability as a stylist to care for her clients as she has been doing for the past 34 years.
Her decreased ability to work, months of acute treatments and guidance from the Mayo Clinic has left her with accumulating bills which will continue as this will be an ongoing battle. We asked you for your support to help Christine as she fights this disease's progression through frequent doctor's appointments, testing and medications.
*** She is currently struggling with two very rare diseases..
*** Tubulointerstitial nephritis and uveitis (TINU) is a rare medical condition in which there is uveitis (inflammation of the uvea in the eye) together with tubulointerstial nephritis (inflammation of the tubules inside the kidney).
This has caused Christine to have complete kidney failure, followed by the loss of her vision ( which she has some restoration of the vision but is restricted).
Her treatment involved, being biopsied hemodialysis, physical therapy, and an exorbitant amount of medications. She will continually need medical treatment for the rest of her life according to the Mayo Clinic, as this rare disease is incurable!
*** Mastocytosis, is a rare mast cell activation disorder.
These two diseases have severely impacted her ability to do as what we see as the everyday Norm and what she loves most....
Her ability to work........
She is partaking in experimental drugs, at this time there are no other options.........
Her future is an uphill battle...... she has a potential for kidney failure (again) or vision loss (again) while going through these trials. Pretty tough on a hairdresser.... Christine is not one to reach out for help.....
So that's why we are here... reaching out to you!
