Team Jodi: Fight Against Leukemia

Jodi is one of the most generous, loving and hardest workers most of us have ever known.  Her independence, drive and willingness to work hard to help others have always been some of her most admirable qualities.  As a small business owner, she sacrificed holidays, weekends, nights and special occasions because she was needed on the job.  As a single mother of 2 daughters, she always did what it took to provide for her family.  Now, we are hoping that her family, friends and even strangers will step up and help her as she fights for her life. 
On February 27th, 2017, Jodi was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia, called APL.  It all seemed to start with the flu and a toothache that wouldn't go away, but quickly escalated into a tooth extraction and an eventual cancer diagnosis.  
Since Monday, February 27th, Jodi has been in the hospital undergoing a specific treatment for APL.  

Today we found out that the treatment isn't working as hoped.  Tonight, she will begin aggressive chemotherapy to take this cancer down.  

We ask that you help us support Team Jodi.  Your contribution will go to medical costs endured over the past weeks and coming months in the hospital and for outpatient care.  It will also go to care for her sweet dog Max, her monthly bills and other expenses.  Her life will never be the same- her successful residential and commercial cleaning business of 25 years is officially closed, her home is being sold and we are hopeful her cancer free life will start anew in South Florida with her daughter Lacy and granddaughter Jada.
