TDSS "Polar Dip" Scholarship

The TDSS Student Council is raising funds for a scholarship for hard working students who can’t afford post-secondary education. They are looking for students, parents, teacher, local business' and community members to donate funds for this incredible cause. There is a catch however, The Student Council is challenging teacher, business partners and local community members to take a plunge in ice cold water. This event dubbed the “Polar Dip” will take after school on March 22nd. We will be counting all money donated, and at certain increments, a new set of people will take the plunge. Student Council has agreed to be the first set of people to make the plunge at 500$ and certain teachers have also agreed. Local business who have made a donation are welcome to make the plunge.
