Flood Relief, Oct 30 Austin TX

Due to the heavy rain and flash floods of Friday October 30, my parents lost their house and everything in it, and several lambs, it's been more than 15 days already and they haven't received any help from the city of Austin , so far the only help they have received is $500 from the Red Cross and $200 from the middle school where my sisters are attending, they have a lots of cleaning that needs to be done, and the mobile home needs to be relocated. we will appreciate your help, and hopefully they return back to normal pretty soon.
