Ffions bike ride for Noahs ark charity

My brother and I, are going to ride a tandum bike dressed as ladies to Fishguard from Heath hospital which is 115 miles  baring in mind we are not fit . This will take place 30th August. We are doing this for our lil cousin(niece) to raise money for the charities that have been a great support. Do you want to join me in making a difference?
