Taliki’s Angel Wings

Our sweet baby boy Taliki David Ravarua grew his angel wings at 1:30am on Sunday morning, 28th October 2018. He passed peacefully in his sleep in his mother's arms.
David and Sarah are heartbroken to lay yet another one of their babies to rest.
Baby Taliki brought so much joy to his family and everyone who was able to meet and spend time with him. We are so blessed we got to love and care for our little warrior even if for just a short time.
Taliki was such a strong little boy who fought incredibly hard to stay with us, but it was all too much for his little body. He was never short of kisses and cuddles and loved by many. His Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles, Cuzzies and the many friends will continue to love our little boy and cherish the memories he has left us all with.
Taliki David Ravarua, entered the world on Thursday, 5th April 2018 in Sydney Hospital.
Even though David and Sarah weren't given much hope that their precious little son would make it through the birth, the Doctors diagnosed him with Trisomy 13, meaning he had an extra chromosome. He had multiple problems with his heart, brain and lungs. He was sent home from Sydney Children's Hospital with very little hope that he would live long. Sarah and David made the decision to have baby at home with them so they could be in their own home comfortably. Taliki required 24/7 care and needed a machine to help him breathe and fed through a tube. This precious little soldier continued to fight for almost 7 months.
Even though the road was hard for his mummy and daddy, they are grateful for everyday they got to spend with their sweet little boy. Taliki's sisters, Alice and TeMata, were loving and doting big sisters always sharing cuddles and kisses which he loved.
Taliki has now joined his biggest sister Tai-ane, flying high and resting peacefully.
One thing we can do to help this family in their time of heartache is to please join me in donating a few dollars to help David and Sarah pay for our sweet little angel's resting day.
