“Help Take Our Dad Home”-overseas funeral costs

Tragically Goce Velovski was killed in a car accident between the 15 and 16 Sep 2019.
A loving and caring family man was taken to soon.
Nothing meant more to Goce than his wife Suzy and his four beautiful children.
Ok he may have had a few hobbies that he loved as well like fixing up cars, fishing and hunting. There wasn’t much he didn’t know how to do really.
He raised his children to be respectful, caring and kind and always do their best. His wife is now left to do this alone.
Suzy is the most caring and selfless women I know. “No” is not a word she uses often. In amongst her busy life working , raising four children, maintaining a house hold, being a soccer mum and dancing mum she always has time for others. Always helping some one in a tough situation, being a supportive friend and lending a hand wherever she can.
It is now our our turn to support her and Goce’s family he leaves behind.
Goce migrated to Australia for only one reason- to be with the love of his life!! He made Australia his new home and raised his family here. He always had a strong connection to his Birth country Macedonia where he grew up. His Mother still lives there along with his siblings and extended family. Goce remained close with them and would visit often.
Goce had made his wish very clear to Suzy from early on- “when I die please take me home”. Suzy needs to make this happen for him.
An emotional and expensive trip is being planned to take Goce back home for his funeral. Suzy will also be taking her four children with her.
Anything that we can can contribute to her expense we would be a huge help to her. Whether that is $10 or $1000 is all matters and makes a difference.

*Information- I am from Queanbeyan, NSW, Australia and a family friend of Suzy (Suzana) and Goce. Suzy, her sister Bozana and my sister Nikki all went to school together. Now my daughter has a very close friendship with Goce’s two older children, they go to school together, play in the same soccer team and dance in the local Macedonian Folk dancing group together as well. And of course take every opportunity to hang out together and have sleepovers.
I have started this GoFundMe page for the family to help with the travel and funeral arrangement of Goce.
Suzy and their four children will travel to Macedonia and have his funeral overseas. Transporting Goce and his family will be expensive and the funds raised will help take the burden of Suzy for this expense.
Suzy is listed as the beneficiary and all donations will go directly from GoFundMe to her and the family.
