Tails' Wake & Charity Donation

It is my sad duty to confirm the passing of one of our brethren and dear dear friend Tails; partner in crime, dancer and overall adventure catalyst, who died suddenly.
I know many of you will have heard already through social media, and we have been very busy sorting out all the things that go with such a sad situation and have been working with his family to talk about the how and where you will be able to pay your respects.
So to that end, Tails’ funeral will be held at Huddersfield Crematorium at 12.30 on Tuesday 7th March and followed by an event for us to say goodbye to our friend, following the funeral 3.30pm at Greenhead Masonic Hall, 26 Greenhead Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD1 4EN
Tails was well known and loved by many people from many different places and we – from Infest, to Swing Dancers and the Invisible Circus, are all working together to set something up that will pay him a tribute. Of course, Tails enjoyed a spectacle but wasn’t really someone who liked fuss but just like him we will attempt to walk the line between ‘a good old knees up’ and a nice cup of tea and a chat!
We will be sorting out food at the venue and will make sure there is enough vegetarian and vegan food to go around. If you want to personally attend the wake, please can you let us know if you are coming in advance – we need to know how many teabags to get. We don’t have a lot of time to make this happen and we’re working very hard to get this sorted out, but we want to do him proud and celebrate the life of someone who touched the lives of so many.
