Sezer’s Peepee Problem
Donation protected
Sezer has a medical emergency- His urethra has become blocked by crystals in his urine. This requires immediate treatment involving pain meds, sedation/anesthesia, catheterization, and flushing to remove the obstruction and relieve pressure on the resulting distended bladder. He’s staying at the vet’s overnight w the catheter in place then will be released after the vet staff confirm that he can pee again without assistance. And from now on we’ll have to keep him on a prescribed diet formulated to reduce risk of future episodes.
Here is a screenshot of the vet’s bill detailing the cost of procedures. (Disregard the stuff noted in blue; while we were there I also picked up the doggies’ Nexgard doses- the $75 charge for which is separate from Sezer’s costs but printed on the same page bc expediency.) Any assistance toward the cost of emergency care will be so appreciated, you guys. We know how beloved Sezer is to so many, and will shower you all (via Jbel) with many pics and vids of that good sweet boy recuperating and relaxing upon his return home.❤️
Thank you in advance.
