Ella es Fabiola de Abreu, tiene 17 años y es alumna de quinto año de bachillerato en el Colegio Simón Bolívar.
Fabiola se encuentra hospitalizada en la policlinica Leopoldo Aguerrevere en Caracas-Venezuela, desde hace varias semanas, siendo su situación delicada.
Faby como es conocida por todos, presenta un antecedente de hidrocefalia idiopática que ameritó en el año 2016 la colocación de una válvula en el ventrículo peritoneal, se mantuvo estable hasta diciembre de 2017 fecha en la que comenzó a presentar problemas, por lo cual ha necesitado cirugías en diciembre, febrero y mayo de este año.
Lamentablemente, luego de todas estas cirugías, en estos momentos presenta una neuroinfección, presentando limitaciones generales y alteración del estado de conciencia.
Por esta situación amerita cuidados intensivos para tratamiento de antibióticos y soporte vital por varias semanas más.
Faby no cuenta con seguro médico y es por ello que recurrimos a ustedes para solicitar cualquier donativo, colaboración y sobretodo oración los cuales apoyarán inmensamente a Fabiola y su familia.

Her name is Fabiola de Abreu, she´s 17 years old and a senior at Simon Bolivar high school in Caracas, Venezuela.
Due to her delicate situation, Fabiola has been hospitalized, for several weeks, at the Leopoldo Aguerrevere polyclinic in Caracas.
Faby, which is her nick name, presents a history of idiopathic hydrocephalus that required the placement of a valve in the peritoneal ventricle in the year 2016. She remained stable until December 2017, when the valve started to fail. As a result, she went through a surgery that month, then had to have two more surgeries, one in February and one in May of 2018.
Unfortunately, after all these surgeries, at this time she is suffering a Neuroinfection which is causing her general limitations. She is unable to speak or respond to stimuli and she´s having alterations of the state of consciousness.
Her currents state requires several weeks of intensive care for antibiotic treatment and life support .
Faby does not have health insurance, that is why we appeal to you at this moment, and request any donation, collaboration and especially your prayer, which will immensely help Fabiola and her family.
