FULLY FUNDED AND HOME!
John and I recently became aware
Of a little girl in Eastern Europe in need of a home. Something about her really spoke to us and we have decided to pursue her adoption. You can help by praying for us, praying for Sisi and by partnering with us to bring her home.

It is the last six minutes of that live video.
I want to announce that thanks to Next Level Church, our home church and Communities of Hope, a church dear to my heart, we are fully funded!
Sisi had a great first day home!
We are up to $310 already! Can you spare $5 or $10 or more?
They will match up to $650. This would be such a help since we have lots of just basic expenses in Bulgaria and still have one more fee of about $1300 due by 3/1.
Would you consider helping? We have raised $100 so far, only $550 to go to get the full matching grant!
We are loving Sofia, Bulgaria. It's a beautiful place and we are having fun exploring it. (Mostly having fun. We are also really homesick and tired and missing everyone in the States.)
Sisi loves to ride in the stroller and check out the world! She also loves blue jeans or, as she would say: сини дънки, pronounced cini-dunki. She loves her "salt shaker" , (solnitsata) which is a bottle of lotion with a silver top. She packs it up when we go down for dinner along with her sokche (juice).сок от банани banana juice is her very favorite thing in life. She loves Mother Goose videos on Netflix and she loves to hang out in the pack n play with her blanket and paci.
She always wants everyone to know that she does not want to go on the cable car. "Nay autobus. Absolute no."
Please pray that this very strong feeling does not extend to airplanes. I am really nervous about how she will react to boarding the plane. New experiences frighten her.
One of my favorite things about Sisi is how she strikes up conversations with ladies in the grocery store, taxi drivers and servers. She loves to talk. I would ask that you pray she gets English soon, because she won't be able to just chat in America like she can here.
Sisi is comfortable with us. She calls me Momo and Daddy, Daddy John. She seeks us out when she is afraid and wants our comfort when she is sad. She loves to pretend to be a baby. I hold her and sing rock a bye baby while she fake cries. Loud. :)
Pray that she would feel connected to her sisters at home. I so want them to have a good bond.
We are grateful for all of your prayers and support. We have one last payment to make to our agency here in Bulgaria. It's 1246 euros, so about $1300ish in dollars. If you feel inclined to give, we would be grateful and as always, we are thankful for your prayers!
FLY HOME DAY!!!!!
So exciting!! The WAIT is soon over! We know well the emotions you are going through! Prayers and love and God's PEACE as you travel this final lap...then she will be on her way home!! Hallelujah!!
I saw the event about the Bible journal crafty night but when I clicked on it the link didn't work. Is that still going on?
Sissy is a lovely little girl--she will fit in with your other little girls perfectly. This is a wonderful thing you are doing but i must admit that I would not have nerve enough to attempt it. The Lord bless you and keep you safe. Love, Patsy
