Mark's Recovery

Donation protected

On October 27, 2017 Mark left work with a migraine, blurry vision and tingling in his fingers. His amazing wife, Jenni conviced him to seek medical attention. The hospital performed a CT scan and the results were normal. They treated him for a migraine and were about to discharge him when he began having convulsions on and off for an hour. Due to the unrarity of this, he was transferred to another hospital. At which time, they performed a MRI and injected a dye into his arteries to test his blood flow. During the dye test, they confirmed that Mark was having a massive stroke. He has a large blood clot in his Carotic Artery, which is restricting the blood flow and oxygen to his brain. Mark went into surgery to remove the clot, however, they were not able to successfully remove it due to the structure of his arteries. His probable prognosis is being paralyzed on the right side of his body and his cognitive function (speaking, comprehension, etc) is uncertain. His family and friends are hopeful for his recovery.

Mark celebrated his 34th birthday one week before his unexpected fight began. He is a fighter and he continues to fight everyday. His prognosis and treatment will be a continuous battle.

Please help Mark fight his battle as he will face medical bills and need physical therapy, occupational therapy and home reconstruction to meet his needs.
