Swimming the TN River for Science

Donation protected
Hello fellow Sewanee grads! So far we have completed over 200 miles of our swim of the Tennessee River and have collected a treasure trove of water quality data. We are on track to set a new world record for swimming the river and for completing the most comprehensive survey of the health of the river ever (checking for over 600 chemicals). Public and media response has been strong and our main goal remains raising awareness of water quality issues.

Scientific expeditions of this nature are expensive.
We are not completely funded and are asking for your support in this important endeavor.

Also, if you know of corporations that would be interested in sponsoring us , please have them contact me (Dr. Martin Knoll, C' 82) at [email redacted]. We have great opportunities for advertising corporations who support us, and we'll happily do so.
