Swantish Strong

Hi my name is Nita Swantish. My husband Robert Swantish was diagnosed with Hepatitis C in 1992, and  for years he has seen specialist but no cure. In 2014 we did not have the private pay insurance or funds for medicine that was finally found that would cure the hepatitis 99% so he continued to get worse. In june of 2016 he got very ill and was seen at the mayo hospital in Eau Claire. After multiple blood tests, CT Scans and MRI scans, They concluded that he was diagnosed with chronic cirrosis and portal hypertension. They did see some nodules on the liver and have not yet ruled out liver cancer. He has started zepier treatments for the Hepatitis that is needed daily. After they clear the hepatits they can make more progress on the nodules in his liver. Unfortunetly the doctors have put Robert on a no work order. We are still traveling back and forth to eau claire monthly for treatments and more test. I do work at amery memory care but i do not make nearly enough to cover all the medicine/medical costs, living expenses, and lawyer costs.  Robert has applied for disability due to his inablilty to work but unfortunetly  he was denied and now we have had to hire a lawyer to appeal the case. That could take up to 9 months to just get a court date and possibly longer to get any help.  So I am asking for a little bit of financial help for medical expenses and daily living expenses as we fight this sickness.
