Baileys surgery, any help would mean so much

Bailey was hit by a car, she's currently at an animal hospital with two broken hips and internal bleeding. She needs surgery and multiple nights in the hospital and after that 8 weeks of recovering. She's three years old and a husky american eskimo mix. Shes at the VCA Great Lakes Veterinary Specialists in Cleveland, OH.
I hate asking people for money but it is hard to pay for this surgery while in grad school. If you have an animal you know that they are family and you would do anything for them. 
Baileys the best dog anyone could ask for and we just want her to be okay. Any donations would be appreciated more than you know.
