Sustainable Politician Project is a plan to help American voters find eco-friendly politicians that support environmental causes, programs, and legislation. We publish reviews of "green" federal-level congressional candidates before the state's primary election. We also publish articles for all candidates that progress to the general election and rank their level of "greenness."
We believe in a future of sustainability and responsibility through personal and individual contribution. The Sustainable Politician Project is our contribution to this future. Now you must contribute and vote with us!
Why Fund Us?
We need to advertise! Right now, our reach has over 300 likes on Facebook, and we need to continue growing our readers. We've made our own investments into growing readership, but we need your help! Right now, our advertising efforts cost about $40 per week, which we'd like to expand. If we can increase our readers, valuable information about candidates and our environment can be in the hands of voters. And every vote counts!
Additionally, we are a small team of a few young people taking on a lot of work! Making small donations can help us invest more of our time and energy into the project. We are committed to completing this project whether we receive a dime or not! However, throwing in a buck or two can help us focus our time on Sustainable Politician Project. (Which is what we'd rather do, but we have to make our jobs a priority!)
