Jake Rand was just five months into fulfilling his dream of running his own restaurant in when he found that flood waters had overtaken it on Wednesday morning.   In his effort rebuild his dream, Jake would very much appreciate what ever you are able to donate to help cover equipment and building repair, paying staff, and replacing inventory.
