surgery/rehabilitation for broke ankle

I have been trying to get state funding or insurance to cover the surgery, recovery, and rehabilitation for my broke ankle, with no luck Insurance will only cover a small part of the costs. I have one bone broke that is turned 180 degrees and two fractures. Will require specialty surgery one plate and many screws. Will then be in recovery for 5 days to 3 weeks depending on how things go, then will have to learn to walk again on that one foot. If you can not help financially, please simply pray for me I will have to pay this out over my lifetime so any help is appreciated.
