Surgery for "Rio"

"Rio" is my service dog. She is now 10 years old. She needs extensive surgery in her mouth and a biopsy to find out if she has cancer or not. 
This surgery has to be done to save her from getting more ill and prevent more infection and keep her healthy and alive. 
I am medically retired living on a fixed income and need help with Rio's medical expense.
