Surgery for Candy (the dog)

 Our friend Anna needs surgery for her dog Candy, who is a 4 year old American Bulldog, who can not be a service dog for her without the surgery. Anna suffers from severe anxiety, panic attacks and suffers daily without Candy by her side.  The surgery Candy needs is TPLO surgery (Tibial-plateau-leveling-osteotomy) in both legs and a meniscus replacement in the left leg. This surgery is very expensive. $4,900 for the left leg and $3,900 for the right leg. Also need expenses for hotel for Anna and recovery time for Candy.
