Surgery for Advanced Prostate Cancer

I was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer in September of 2018.  By early October i was no longer able to work due to possible spread to the bones. I received hormone therapy until February, and was then told i needed a Radical Prostatectomy. Basically, they need to remove my Prostate and all surrounding nerves and lymph nodes in hopes to contain the cancer. However the facility that does the surgery needs $3,000 to do this, and that does not include hospital charges. I cannot get this surgery until i have at least $3,000.  I am unable to come up with this due to being unable to work. I hope that this surgery will cure me, or at least let me know how far it has spread so i can better prepare for the future.
