Surgery costs for Melanoma skin cancer

Jan 14th 2019 I got my skin biopsy results back and was informed it’s melanoma. This surgery is urgent because melanoma can be fatal if it spreads throughout the body and the cancer needs to be removed ASAP. I am a cash pay patient with no insurance and my surgeon requires me to have my surgery by the first week in February. The funds must be in cash before the surgery. I currently work part time and go to school, so I don’t have a ton of spare cash laying around. Fortunately for me, the hospital portion, an estimated $8,000 may be forgiven due to my current employment status. Anything that is raised in the next 2-3 weeks is a blessing and I am truly blessed for anything that you can donate.
