In this time Sheriff Don Smith's leadership experience and vision has changed the climate of law enforcement for the better, bringing together all local, regional, state and federal law enforcement working together as a unified team.

We need his leadership to continue today more than ever before it these tough economic and cultural times. The alternative is unacceptable, and unthinkable - given his opponents lack of law enforcement leadership experience and his liberal progessive parties views on illegal immigration and not being in touch with current law enforcment programs that are reducing crime, repeat offenders, treating drug addiction, and providing programs to rehabilitate low level offenders back as productive members of society.
