WE COULD SURE USE YOUR HELP
As our group enters the ninth year of providing Weather information we need to ask our supporters, followers, readers, bloggers for help.
We are a group of science and weather geeks with a significant emphasis on Kansas Weather. It’s safe to say we are obsessed with Weather. We are so fortunate to live where we do, we love Kansas.
People worldwide pay companies $5000-$10,000 per person to come and visit our State every Spring into early Summer in order to see Severe Storm structure and the chance that one of those Storms will produce a Tornado.
We donate day trips to Kansas non-profits and take persons with us on our Storm hunts. We like to share our knowledge educate those who are just like we used to be 20 years ago.
We are all private individuals. We are not a company. Until now, we funded most everything ourselves. We had a few sponsors over the years to provide Rain gauges, Shirts, Weather radio’s, etc
When we began our social media page we just wanted it to keep our family, friends, neighbors and co-workers safe and informed. Let’s just say it took off and in a big way, so we expanded it into a Webpage

We have made several friends through weather over the years. Many we have only met online.
We need your help to get our website security features up to date plus we want to provide our followers with an App. All of these features will remain FREE, that’s very important to us!
We don’t do this to make a living. We could, but again we chose to do this to help people.
Our pages are quite popular. It’s not uncommon during a Severe Weather Outbreak event that we have 100,000 views. Luckily those are only a few times per year. Our site reaches close to 20,000 per week, during a normal week. We engage with thousands monthly, as we always try and respond to everyone with questions.
We are asking that if you like what we do, please contribute what you can, $2, $5, $10, $20 Whatever you can do, we are thankful.
The fee’s for your donation are 2.9% and .30 cents per transaction.
Our goal is $1500 but we hope to blow through that so we can provide you with the most up to date technology available.
