Supporting Suzy

Suzy Landuyt is wonderful wife to Dan, devoted mom of Megan (17 yrs.) and Matt (16 yrs.) , beloved daughter and dedicated educator/elementary school principal.  Early November Suzy became very ill and was admitted to the hospital the week prior to Thanksgiving to receive treatment.  While in the hospital she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure.  To help keep her alive and support her enlarged and weakened heart, a heart pump (LVAD), heart monitoring device (Swan), and pacemaker were surgically implanted in Suzy on Sunday.  Suzy is now being transported from her hospital in Sacramento to U.C. San Francisco Medical Center where she will await a heart transplant.  To support Suzy's family expenses during this challenging time, we are asking for your support through donations to this account.  Any funds received will be used by the family to support their travel expenses to San Francisco and any medical related expenses.
