Supporting FACK to support Families

Had I not become a member of Families Against Corporate Killers (FACK), I would not now be telling my brother's story, and in turn helping prevent others from suffering as my family has and will continue to.

FACK has a name to make people sit up and take notice.  And for good reason.

It is an organisation which provides support to families who have lost loved ones in work-related incidents.  My brother Michael died at the age of 26.  He was electrocuted at work.  His death could and should have been prevented had his employer complied with its health and safety obligations.

FACK provides advice and support through the investigation, inquest and prosecution processes, helping families to get as much justice as is possible for their lost loved one, and helping ensure lessons are learned so that future deaths are prevented.

It should have been my brother's 40th on 18 March 2019.  In the year leading up to his 40th birthday, I want to try to raise enough money to fund 40 days' worth of advice work delivered by Hilda Palmer, FACK co-ordinator, a true inspiration and source of support to myself and so many others.

My brother died on the 4th of August (4/8).  The amount I'm aiming to raise is £4800.

Your help in reaching that target is hugely appreciated.
