Supporting Christina & Family

Donation protected
Christina was dealing with back pain for an extended period of time and after pushing her doctors for answers an MRI was done and the worst scenario came true.

Christina has been diagnosed with lung cancer that has spread to several organs, the bones in her back, and her brain. On Wednesday June 6th she had brain surgery in Boston to remove the tumors, the first hurtle for her healing. She returned home that Saturday, but is being admitted on June 12th to begin monitored chemo treatments, as she's too weak for daily travel at this point.

Anyone who knows Christina, knows she has one of the kindest souls, with a love for teaching and children. She even just recently performed in the Temple Drama Clubs annual play! As you can imagine, this diagnosis has taken a devastating toll on her, her husband Jonah, and her children Elizabeth and Noah.

The emotional burden is more than anyone should have to deal with, never mind the financial obligations that come along with it. Please help us ease the financial burden so Christina and her family can focus on her healing. All funds raised will go directly to them to assist with living and transportation expenses during this time.

Please keep the family in your thoughts and send healing energy their way. St. Patricks Church in Milford is also organizing volunteers to assist with meals, keeping up with the house, and any additional needs. Please reach out to the church office to be added to the list of volunteers if you're able to assist in this way as well.
