According to Coeliac Australia, 1 in 70 Australians are coeliac. Worringly, 80% of persons with coeliac disease remain undiagnosed.
Globally, the figures average 1 in 100.
Coeliac disease affects men and women and is not limited by age. Coeliac Australia states, "You must be born with a genetic predisposition to devlop coeliaac disease."
It's hard being coeliac and it usually costs more for gluten-free items to prevent reactions causing small bowel damage. Those suffering from coeliac disease have no control over it.
And this is where you can help. Giving what ever you can $5, your contribution will help build the coeliac kitchen and support more people who are coeliac - Mothers, Fathers, Kids.
Organic Happy Kitchen wants to expand our gluten-free range by building a brand new HAACP kitchen that produces delicious gf organic food - although real gf is intensive - at no extra costs for the range.
So far we offer all our Organic Happy Pies, OHK Sausage Rolls, Organic Quiches and Sauces with Gluten-free options at no extra cost.

We want to do more! Expand the ranges to encompass delicious, tasty organic food the same as non-coeliac.
Once the the new kitchen is complete we can ensure expansion of our gluten-free range with the same standards we currently abide by with more freedom to offer more choices.
