Support WRVS-FM 89.9

WRVS-FM 89.9 & W18BB-TV (non-profit organizations) provide training for college students and community volunteers interested in radio & television broadcasting. WRVS-FM became northeastern North Carolina’s first Public Radio Station in 1986. WRVS-FM and W18BB-TV support Elizabeth City, ECSU, and surrounding communities with relevant news and information , music from local artists, public affairs programming, and so much more. 

The stations' "Back-2-School Bash and Food Drive" provides non-perishable food items, free school supplies and haircuts provided by local barbers for families in-need of assistance. This is just one of many ways in which WRVS-FM and W18BB-TV support the community.

Proposed federal budget cuts could eliminate vital funding for WRVS-FM 89.9 and W18BB-TV. Support from Listeners and Viewers Like YOU is necessary to keep "Your Community Voice" viable. This GoFundMe campaign will help us reach our goal to stay alive.
