Heaven gained a valiant and incredible spirit Sunday morning. Ryan Turner, husband to his loving wife Ana Patrícia, and father of their beautiful little Esther, was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in May of 2017. Ryan was ready to fight colon cancer with everything he had, but his cancer was extremely aggressive. The medical treatments provided had no positive affects. Medical professionals didn’t have any way of stopping the cancer from spreading through his body. Ryan’s battle with cancer was heart wrenching to watch. The last five months especially proved to be most difficult and painful, yet his approach of faith, positivity, profound gratitude and love, were an inspiration for those close to him.
Ryan's priorities in life were his family, his faith, serving and uplifting others with dignity, love and respect. He was called a peacemaker!
Ryan cared deeply for his family and worried more about how they were doing through this heavy challenge than he did about himself. The speed of his phisical decline was overwhelming to the family. For this reason and our immense love of Ryan, Patricia and Esther, we have created an opportunity to help cover the burden of medical, funeral and living expenses so Ryan’s loving companion can focus on their sweet daughter and readjusting to life! Ryan loved education and depending on how much financial support we are able to raise, any additional funds will be used for Esther’s Education. Esther celebrated her 2nd birthday on the day her father’s passing.
Ana Patrícia and her family are so grateful for all of the service and love that has already been given through this difficult time. Family, friends and neighbors have been angels and answers to many prayers. Thank you to all who have reached out.
With this initiative, asking many to give a little, we hope to continue lighten the Turner's heavy burden.
