On Saturday (6/9/18) 15 year old Brayden Ingles had a work related injury that required his lower right leg to need to be amputated.  His parents, Jeff and Sarah are staying close to his side at Children's hospital during this process.  (Many of our hockey family may know the Ingles family through Brayden's younger brother, Bryce.)  Brayden had the leg amputated on Saturday and today (6/12/18), he had surgery on his left hand to place pins and fix a couple of fractures that he received in the accident.  Brayden has been keeping a positive attitude and his family has been finding their strength through God through this process.  His family could use your support at this time.  Anything that you can contribute would be greatly appreciated!

Great news... Brayden finally got to go home this past Tuesday! He still has a long road ahead but he is keeping a positive attitude. He's such a great kid! The Ingles' family appreciates all the support and prayers. I will be meeting with them this coming week to close out the Go Fund Me account.

Brayden had another clean up of the amputation site yesterday. Things are looking good and they started to close the area up. The doctors are going to do another clean up on Wednesday (hopefully the last). Thank you for all the support and prayers!

Brayden's fever stayed away today and everything went well with the clean up of the amputation site (Praise God!). As of now, the doctors are planning to clean up the site again Monday and Wednesday of next week. They said that Brayden will be in children's hospital for at least another week. Jeff and Sarah have been staying with Brayden since his workplace accident 2 weeks ago.
Once they get home, I plan to close out the GoFundMe account but for now, please keep sharing. <3

Brayden had another clean up of the amputation site yesterday (his 3rd in the past week). He's always exhausted for a while once he wakes up but he's still been pushing through and keeping a positive attitude. Today, he had a fever again and needed another blood transfusion so the doctors wanted him to get some extra rest. They are planning to do another clean up of the amputation site in the morning tomorrow. Keep the prayers coming! The Ingles' Family appreciates all the support and prayers that you've been sending their way.
