It's with a heavy heart that we ask that you help support the Egleston family during this heartbreaking time. Johnathon was killed in a tragic car accident on Friday, June 1, 2018. He left behind his wife, Aundi, and 2 year old son Riley. Jon was the sole provider for their family and biggest support to his wife while they cared for the special needs of their son.
Jon was a loving, caring devoted husband and father. He was there to help others in anyway he could, and absolutely will be missed. He was a complete organ donor, so from his tragic death, he will still be able to impact others in a huge way.
Now, Aundi is faced with the challenges of the overwhelming grief of losing her husband, and being a mom taking care of Riley's many medical needs and bills. All without her husband and best friend by her side. And Riley now no longer has his daddy there to make him giggle and support him as he grows up. Our hearts break for them.
Riley was born with Hydrocephalus. He has had many surgeries to help his body function the way it ought to. His next major surgery is on Tuesday, June 5th, where there will be a longer recovery time. Surgeries and extensive medical treatments are no strangers for this family; they now need help more than ever.
Since their only vehicle was totaled in the crash, they are in desperate need of one. They spend a lot of time at Seattle Children's for Riley's needs, so having a way of transportation is very important. **** UPDATE...Thank you to a very generous donor, a car has been given to Aundi and Riley!
