Support our Seniors through Art!

Unfortunately, 6 in 10 seniors (aged 65+) feel socially isolated in our world that’s technologically advancing at an exponential rate. Our organization, ArtHeart: Community Art Centre (https://artheart.ca/) aims to improve the quality of life of our seniors through the medium of art. ArtHeart has been a stabilizing presence within the Regent Park community for over 25 years!  Seniors from diverse backgrounds attend our visual art programs to not only feel emotionally supported, but to improve and showcase their magnificent artistic abilities.

To further our support for our seniors, we kindly request donations to purchase art-related supplies, electronics (to introduce technological media to our seniors) and much more. Your contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of many seniors. It is upsetting to see all these talents and dreams go to waste due to insufficient funds. May we all take a step towards eradicating ageism and produce a welcoming society for our seniors. The staff and participants of ArtHeart are in gratitude to your generosity.
