Support Officer Pitts Recovery Fund

On 1/18/18 York City Police Officer Pitts was part of a US Marshal Task Force that was arresting a subject in Harrisburg, PA. During the arrest, Officer Pitts and US Marshal Christopher Hill, were shot by another subject in the house. Officer Pitts was shot in the arm and has already undergone two surgeries. He will require additional surgeries and an extended recovery and rehabilitation time.
We, the YCPD family, are requesting donations to aid the Pitts Family. They include but are not limited to restaurant delivery service, groceries, laundry and cleaning services, snow removal, medical bills and any additonal living expenses they may need during this time.
***Any additonal monies donated over the requested goal will be given to US Marshal Christopher Hill's Family per the Pitts Family request. Officer Pitt's wife will be withdrawaling the money and making sure the funds get to the Hill Family.
