My family is poor. We need help with bills. My son is trying to get a car for college. He graduated high school. My daughter is disabled with Hydrocephalus.

Hydrocephalus can permanently damage the brain, causing problems with physical and mental development. If untreated, it is usually fatal. With treatment, many people lead normal lives with few limitations. Treatment usually involves surgery to insert a shunt. A shunt is a flexible but sturdy plastic tube. The shunt moves the cerebrospinal fluid to another area of the body where it can be absorbed.

My wife suffers from diabetes. My brother also is a diabetic. She uses medicine but he needs shots. My brother has lost all his weight. He suffers greatly yet still tries to work as a mechanic and does music as a dream.

My wife is trying to run a restraunt but finds herself exhausted and stressed due barely making ends meat. Medical bills and house bills are killing us.

My wife's vehicle has numerous issues. If it stops my son and herself can't get to work. My brother has transportation issues as well.

My parents are not present. Mother commited suicide when I was younger due to bi-polar manic depression. Father left.

We have no family support. You're our only option.
