Support for Katie Joost

Kathryn (Katie) Joost is a bright, 20 year old Junior at Milikin University.  Tragically, Katie's mother, Margaret O'Leary Joost, and her brother, Daniel Joost , were victims of a murder-suicide by their father who suffered from mental illness. Katie is now the sole surviving member of her immediate family. 

The costs of end-of-life services among other expenses are very high. The burden is especially difficult for a 20-year old college student with no income. Katie's family had been struggling financially as of late and there is little-to-nothing in the way of life insurance or other financial support. 

We (Katie's extended family and friends) are asking people to please donate to help support Katie. Any amount you can afford is greatly appreciated. All money will go to support Katie for her immediate financial needs in the wake of this tragedy as well as her long-term expenses.
