Support JJ and the Mallon Family

On Tuesday, May 28, 2019, James Edward Mallon V (JJ) was welcomed into the world by his loving parents, Brittnay and James, after an emergency cesarean section due to complications with his umbilical cord being wrapped around his neck.  Upon arrival, doctors successfully performed CPR to resuscitate him. At 28 weeks, he weighed 1 lb 9 oz and measured 14 inches.  His difficulty breathing led doctors to set him up on a ventilator.  While that helped for some time, his continued difficulty breathing started impacting his other organs and required that he be transferred to another hospital for specialized treatment.  He was given nitrous oxide to help improve his oxygen levels and help his organs improve functioning.  He has since been weaned off this treatment as his oxygen levels have been improving. As you can see, JJ has had a rough start given the complications at birth and his prematurity, but he’s been fighting every step of the way just like his parents taught him to. 

With the enormous cost of medical treatments and procedures, this can create an undue financial hardship for Brittany and James.  This GoFundMe was established to alleviate some of this burden.  Anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
